Im writing this after lots of experience tent camping with both babies and kids. I camped for the first time with my son at 9 months old and we did a tent. We only went once last year and brought our 6 month old daugheter along. We took the twins camping when they were 11 months again at age 2 and last summer. Sad to say we have yet to take our second daughter Summer because she was born just before the brisk winds of fall swept through RenoTahoe. Weve got all the obvious things under control - electrics heating cooking fridge formula nappies travel cot baby sleeping bags sunscreen health card passports toiletries teething gels etc.
